It is in a lovely isolated spot with fantastic views of the surrounding area so need a car. however, despite bad weather there was enough in the house for us to entertain the children. For example; pool and table tennis, lots of board games and even an outdoor Connect 4! Kitchen well equipped and separate utility room. Would definitely visit...

This is the second time I've stayed at Pencwmwl and I'd highly recommend others seeing the place for themselves. I won't repeat what's been said by others before but for a family of 6 (with 4 kids under 8), the place is fab - views, location, facilities, etc etc.

The lounge is very comfortable with leather sofas that all recline. There is a snug that has an LCD TV and a blu-ray player. The main bedroom has a kingsized bed and a large walk in wardrobe it also has a TV. The views from this bedroom are towards Hell's Mouth. There is a comfortable double bedroom with views towards Snowdonia. There is a family bathroom. The twin bedroom and the shower room are located on the ground floor so if visitors are less mobile they can manage without using stairs. The sofa bed is in the TV snug room and is almost the size of a standard double bed.The games room has a TV, but this is not connected to the aerial, however, if guests bring a playstation or similar with them this TV can be used for playing on.
