We have walked here across fields from Pencwmwl but it did take us two and a half hours.

The lounge is very comfortable with leather sofas that all recline. There is a snug that has an LCD TV and a blu-ray player. The main bedroom has a kingsized bed and a large walk in wardrobe it also has a TV. The views from this bedroom are towards Hell's Mouth. There is a comfortable double bedroom with views towards Snowdonia. There is a family bathroom. The twin bedroom and the shower room are located on the ground floor so if visitors are less mobile they can manage without using stairs. The sofa bed is in the TV snug room and is almost the size of a standard double bed.The games room has a TV, but this is not connected to the aerial, however, if guests bring a playstation or similar with them this TV can be used for playing on. The Lleyn Peninsula is a very special, beautiful place. Once you have visited this part of Wales you will be sure to return. You will find some of the best sailing and surfing in North Wales.

Abersoch has a lovely harbour where people take to the sea in dinghies and yachts or have fun waterskiing and wakeboarding. Abersoch’s beautiful beach attracts families and the many restaurants provide a choice of dining scene. Take a fishing trip and catch some of the plentiful mackerel and sea bass. A visit to St Tudwal Islands will sometimes allow a viewing of seals or dolphins. The surfing beaches of Hell’s Mouth (Porth Neigwl) and Porth Ceriad are close by.

It is essential to have a car as this property is in the middle of a rural area where the public transport is poor. There are only very occasional buses from Pwllheli.
