There is a local manager called Yazzmin who can be on hand for any emergencies otherwise please contact the owner 'Victoria' by text or WatsApp or telephone for any other queries. We do our best to be flexible with arrival and departure whenever possible.

The house is large enough to sleep 8 kitted out to a good standard. Owner really helpful and amenable. Good layout to accommodate two families and served us well for our 3 night stay. Great location for trip to Snowdon as well as lovely local beaches and beautiful countryside. Would recommend as a good base to stay. Couple of tiny...

This is a detached property with no expense spared to give the holiday maker every luxury that they need from a 50 inch plasma screen with Sky TV, DVD Player and Wii game, this holiday home has it all. The house is fully underfloor heated throughout and has a large patio with an amazing bushman burner chiminea (which is hand made from clay and never gets too hot to touch) for those cool summer evenings when a roaring log fire is a must outside. The views here are stunning with nothing blocking your views across the Cader Idris Mountain Range. Just sitting on the patio and taking in the view is a holiday in itself.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road which you can use or the main terminal is in the square in the centre of Dolgellau town.The bus routes are extensive. Nearest train station is Barmouth or Wrexham which is a bit far for travelling to the house. Nearest Airport is Manchester or Liverpool.

A popular stop off point on route is Rhug Organic Farm which has a cafe indoor and outdoor, a produce shop and plenty of parking and amenities.There is also Bala which is a busy lakeside town with lots of shops and cafes and the picturesque lakeside cafe.The property itself is situated on a new road called Coed Y Bryn at the top of a road called Coed Y Fronallt which is opposite the very useful Eurospar supermarket. Please turn up where the sign reads NO.s 1-9 Coed Y Fronallt opposite the pedestrian entrance for the Eurospar supermarket and bus stop. The new houses are up the extremely steep hill past the old traditional Welsh cottage on the right.
