Interaction with guests
Our love for Anglesey comes from many happy holidays there as children. We live in Stockport and now enjoy holidays there with our own children! We love to share this beautiful island with our guests and like to maintain high standards at all our properties which provide a home from home experience where you can fully relax and have everything you should need for a fabulous break. Although we are not able to meet our guests in person, we are always available to answer any queries by phone, email or text. We have great local management who can assist with any issue in person during your stay should it be required.

We enjoyed a winter break on Moelfre to celebrate my brother in law's 70th birthday and White Pebble Cottage ticked all the boxes - spacious, well appointed and centrally located. Visit Anglesey - you won't be disappointed!

About the neighbourhood
The unspoiled fishing village of Moelfre looks like every child's vision of a seaside village – picturesque bay, beach, breathtaking views across Snowdonia, Puffin Island and the Great Orme, a working lifeboat station and tales of piracy, shipwrecks and daring rescues at sea. The village provides an excellent vantage point to view ocean going ships to pleasure boats sailing around the Irish Sea. In adverse weather, many ships still seek shelter in the bay illuminating the night skyline. Moelfre is one of few places where, in such a small area, history can be traced back over 4,000 years. Within just 1½ miles, visit the Neolithic Burial Chamber at Lligwy dating back to 2,000BC, with it's circle of stones topped with a 25 tonne roof slab. Din Lligwy is the remains of a 4th Century Romano-B...
How to get there
Moelfre is easy to access, off the main A5025 road which runs between J8 of the A55 (the one after the end of the Britannia Bridge) and Amlwch in the north around to Valley in the west. Just 10 miles into the island from the Britannia Bridge, car directions can be found here. Alternatively, on arrival by train to Bangor station, get the No.62 bus from the same station (bus/train combined) which runs every 30mins in the day, arriving just 50m from White Pebble Cottage in Moelfre in just 35mins. • After travelling over the Britannia Bridge on the A55, take the 1st exit after the end of the bridge (J8) and turn right onto the A5025 towards Benllech/Amlwch. • Continue on the A5025 for 9.9 miles going through Pentraeth and Benllech along the way. • This will lead you to Moelfre roundabout (u...
