The house had all the extras that were needed, the grandchildren loved the garden toys so we were able to relax!! The beach was only a short walk away and was perfect for us . All in all and lovely weekend was had by us

About the neighbourhood
A popular Anglesey village with all the best ingredients for a seaside holiday. Golden sandy beaches, hidden coves and beautiful views to the mountains. Rhoscolyn is a village located on Holy Island, Anglesey, Wales. It is just over five miles south of Holyhead and is the most southerly settlement on the island. The name Rhoscolyn is said to mean 'The Moor' (Rhos) of The Column (colyn), referring to a pillar which the Romans put up to mark the edge of their territories.
How to get there
Take the A55 dual carriageway onto Anglesey, taking the Valley exit (J3) off the A55. The house is 10 mins from this exit. At the lights in Valley turn left, head past the shops with the spar on your left, go over the railway crossing, then across four mile bridge and then its the first road on the left. Follow this road right to the end for at least a mile and it will start to bend round with the church on your left. Head down the hill and the house is 100 yards on your right. If you decide to use the postcode it will take you a slightly different way and you will arrive at some small cottages and a converted chapel. Carry on up the hill for 300 yards and the house is on your left.
