Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.

Amazing location and views
Fabulous location and couldn’t ask for better views of the boatyard bay and sea. Stayed for 3 nights with our children and grandchildren for our annual Christmas break to Treaddur Bay - first time we stayed at this house and would highly recommend and can imagine it would be so lovely to stay in the spring or summer and would certainly consider staying again

Perfect views
Great house in perfect location with the most amazing views. My daughters loved the house and our dog loved the beaches and walks around. Nice welcoming touches like logs and kitchen consumables to get us going. Watch out for the rock on the drive!

Fabulous Place to Celebrate
Celebrated my 50th birthday with friends here- some who had traveled from Ireland ( easy reach of Holyhead port) The House was clean and well looked after, with some beautiful old furniture downstairs. The kitchen had all the amenities you could wish for. We spent most of our time outside the house looking out to sea. The neighbors were a little close but if you are friendly that shouldn't be a problem! The house is close to the beach with a small incline to walk up when returning home from the beach but the OAP's in our party had no trouble with it! Lovely walks from the door, both coastal and inland. Close to the Seacroft - which is great for food and drinks. The food in the Black Seal was spot on too. The house is in a great position to enjoy the local amenities and the rest of the island of Angelsey. Great place which none of us wanted to leave.

Perfect in every way
Stayed in this house for my 30th birthday when I arrived I was so happy, its a beautiful clean and tidy house which is nicely decorated in keeping with its location. The views are incredible and they have everything here you could want. Richard was so helpful from the moment I booked and answered all my queries and questions quickly and was super helpful and kind. There was a cake, a bit of milk etc left for our arrival just lovely. Thank you my friends and family were all super impressed and will certainly book again. Close to bars and restaurants, very close to the beach. Everything you need near by.

Great house with stunning views
The location is ideal, close to the beach and the Seacroft pub is within a couple of minutes walk and shops a short drive. The house is very spacious and whilst the layout is perhaps a tad disjointed it does not disappoint and works for large families or in our case, two separate family groups. The main USP is undoubtedly the wonderful views from the lounge on the first floor and we never got tired of this, especially on days when the sea was wild.

Superb. A real home from home.
We had a wonderful stay at Porth Diana. The house is warm and cosy and large enough for time out from the rest of the party when we needed it! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything a cook could want. The location was tremendous with amazing views and it was nice to watch my family and dog playing on the beach whilst my mum and I watched from the conservatory. There was plenty of hot water and good heating system which we were grateful for as it was a little chilly outside! We loved that there were games and DVDs to use and our children felt at home straight away. Treaddur Bay is a good place to stay if you want beaches, restaurants and supermarkets close by. We hope we will be back there again one day soon.
