Brilliant location for a holiday. Very close to the Trearddur Bay beach and promenade. Close to local amenities. 3 bedroomed house. Very well equipped.

This is a modern bungalow on a quiet spacious cul de sac. Mix of permanent and holiday residences. 10 minutes mainly traffic free walk to large sandy beach and rocky shore excellent for walking. Nearby are restaurants, pubs and ice cream vans (!) and village shops and Post Office.

> From A55 North Wales Expressway take Junction 2 for B4545 and follow signs to Trearddur Bay.
> Entering Trearddur Bay take the second turning on the right immediately before a bus shelter. This road is marked LON PENRALLT ROAD.
> Proceed to the stone pillars at the end and turn right marked PENRALLT ROAD.
> Take the next right turn marked CAE PENRALLT and the property is the first house on the right No 22. Go round to the back and park between the house and the garage.
