This property offers breathtaking views of Trearddur Bay beach and its coastline, it is considered to be one of the finest located houses in the Bay.The position affords many advantages.No need to pack and unpack the car with all that beach stuff. If the kids get cold or you need to nip back and get a 'cold one', it's just seconds away. You can even keep an eye on them from the upstairs lounge. Another key feature is the two lounge areas [main and downstairs sofa bed areas] allowing different generations to have their own space! Sailing, bathing and water sports are the main activities in the summer months, golfers will enjoy the facilities of the nearby golf clubs.A visit to the South Stack Lighthouse is a must,as is the stunning walk across the headland to Rhoscolyn, followed by lunch at the White Eagle,award winning Gastro Pub.It is a great place for nature lovers too, with excellent bird watching and stunning coastal walks. There are shops, three pubs and three excellent restaurants all within 400 metres walking distance. Cobblers Cove has been extensively refurbished in July 2014 by the owners to an exceptionally high standard,ensuring their guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has been in our family for 50 years and we continue to use it,hence the not 'scrimping' on furnishings and bedding etc. We love the house and are very proud of the work done to date, if you stay,you will understand! On the ground floor, this well-equipped property has a large kitchen / diner and a living area with spectacular beach views, the far end of which can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed. There are newly fitted curtains to separate this area for privacy/sleeping. The master double bedroom has a king size double bed fitted with high thread count cotton bedding and feather filled duvets and pillows for your comfort. The room has lovely views of the patio and the large lawned garden. A new mediterranean style patio has just been finished, offering alfresco opportunities!.There is an adjoining walk-in shower room with WC. The 1st floor hosts the magnificent larger living area with open log fire and stunning views of the Bay to the front, and the garden and distant Snowdonia to the rear. There is a mixture of antique and new furniture which helps enhance the splendour of this fine room.There is also a twin bedded room again with feather filled duvets and pillows,and shower room with WC . Outside, there is a large garden to the rear with sheltered patio area for,ideal for sunbathing,BBQ and outdoor eating,it's a real suntrap! The front has private parking for up to 5 cars. In the garage there is a further large fridge and a freezer. With space to hang wet clothing and store beach paraphernalia.The house is ideal for families with children(not toddlers) in Laws and for people with restricted mobility,but not wheel chair users.due to steps by the doors.There are hand rails outside three of the external doors and up the stairs and in the showers, there is also a shower seat available. Two sets of Patio doors have been installed downstairs for 2016 along with a new 'karndean' driftwood effect floor to the ground floor. Along with my husband and two children we stayed at this lovely house. The location was perfect with stunning views and the accommodation was ideal for our family. You couldn’t have more convenience for walking over to the beach. We all felt very ‘at home’...More

We had a 5 day break with friends and 2 dogs. The cottage was lovely and Robert the host very helpful. The location, pretty much 'on the beach', was ideal for walking the dogs and walking to local pubs and restaurants. It's not a place...More

Despite the horrendous stormy weather cobblers cove was a haven of warmth and comfort. The close proximity of the dog friendly Sea shanty restaurant was an added bonus.

How to get there
Holyhead train station is served by Aviva and Virgin with regular arrivals from Manchester[ 1hr 45],Birmingham[ 2hr 30] and London[ 3hr 45+]. Taxis are available at the station. It is a 5 minute ride. The Ferry is located next to the train station.
