Our cottage is a very spacious 2 double bedroom house with a large sitting room. It can sleep up to 8 people in 3 double/king beds and 1 double air bed. The cottage is a semi-detached converted barn. There is plenty of car parking space. A large porch leads you into the cottage. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. There's a large kitchen with breakfast bar and oak fitted units with a hob, an oven with grill, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and fridge. In fact, everything you need to keep you warm, fed and relaxed. The sitting room has a 3 large sofas, TV and DVD player. The large French window provide stunning views across the Vale of Clwyd. A comfortable king size airbed can be put up in the sitting room to provide a fourth double bed if required. Upstairs, the bathroom has a separate bath and a shower cubicle and a WC. The smaller bedroom has a king size bed and cupboard space. The larger bedroom has a double bed and a king-size bed with large wardrobes and a dressing table. Our cottage has all the essentials to make your stay away from home as comfortable as possible. Although attached to our own home, the cottage provides privacy for our guests (and us!). When you arrive, you'll find the beds made and towels in the airing cupboard for your use. In the kitchen there are facilities to cater for yourselves, and we provide basics to get you started such as tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, bread, butter, jam, milk and biscuits, and of course washing up materials! Cooked breakfast and packed lunch may be available by arrangement. Cots and highchair are available if required. More
