Off road parking space.'Ty-Ni' is situated in the idyllic location of Laugharne on the Carmarthen Bay Estuary, a good base for visiting both Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, in South West Wales. There are many beaches, castles and sites of national interest. This area is ideal for walking and you can walk along some of Wales 870 mile coastal path.

About the neighbourhood
Laugharne hosts the poet Dylan Thomas's Boat House and Writing Shed where he wrote some of his works including 'Under Milkwood'. Laugharne has a selection of Restaurants, Cafes and Pubs.

There are many places of interest and things to do, including the 12th Century Laugharne Castle, The Tin Shed Experience, the grave of Dylan Thomas in the Churchyard and The Museum of Speed at nearby Pendine, which hosts a 7 mile stretch of white sandy beach. There is breath taking views, scenic walks in and around Laugharne and other sandy beaches just a short drive away.

Approx 4 miles from the A40 at St Clears, on the road to Pendine. Approx 12 miles west of Carmarthen.
Ideally a car is needed to reach Laugharne. There is a train station at Carmarthen but there are limited buses from Carmarthen to Laugharne. Please check local buses timetable.
