Natural light floods the lounge/kitchen/diner through the French doors with wonderful views over the fish pond and rolling countryside. Relax on the sofas in the lounge area,maybe watch the Sky TV/DVD,use the PlayStation or enjoy a good book,nestled beside the wood burner effect electric fire. If you decide to eat in,the kitchen area has all the equipment you need with electric oven and hob,microwave and dishwasher,alongside thoughtful little extras creating a delightful space to prepare a meal. The dining table is ideally positioned to enjoy a meal and plan your activities whilst embracing the rural views. Head back to the hallway,with washing machine and fridge/freezer in the utility area. Choose from two serene bedrooms both with TVs,there is one spacious king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and one lovely king-size with en-suite shower room and WC. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC,unwind in a bubble bath or take an invigorating shower. Heading outside,relax in the private garden with gravelled paths,lawn and paved patio,enjoy al fresco dining with table,chairs and BBQ. Make the most of the stunning views from the hot tub on the patio,and whilst exploring the 11-acres of grounds with chickens,ducks,sheep and horses.
