The guest bedroom includes a super comfy queen bed and plenty of closet space.
The master and guest bathrooms both include a walk in rain shower which have a pebble / stone floor that massage and comfort your feet!
Both bedrooms are air conditioned and come complete with ceiling fans.
IN SUITE WASHER AND DRYER
Enjoy the convenience of an in suite washer and dryer. Or better yet, hire a housekeeper (not included) so that you can enjoy more time on the beach or lounging at the pool!
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Watch the surfers and stunning sunsets from the balcony which is equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs, 2 loungers, and a propane bar-b-que.
WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM
Along with the building water purification system, we have an additional water purification system in our condo that is regularly maintained. You can safely drink from any faucet in our condo and use the ice from the ice maker in the freezer.
POOL AND HOT TUB
Don’t feel like dipping your toes in the sand….no worries! Enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub that Punta Paraiso has to offer.
EAT IN OR DINE OUT
Our kitchen is fully equipped and has an amazing ocean view. You can choose to dine in or eat out at the many delicious restaurants in San Pancho which cater to a variety of tastes (and budgets!) that will satisfy all types of hunger.
THINGS TO KNOW
1) This is a smoke-free property and smoking is not permitted. No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, medicinal products and e-cigarettes, indoors or outside.
2) All bed linens, bath linens, beach towels, 4 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella are provided.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We are informing all guests of a couple points that may be missed on the ad.
1. We are a new building. The construction in our building is complete but there is a phase II started. Phase II is fenced off with little to no sound or interruption to your stay.
2. As we are a new building, we currently do not have TV service.

About the neighbourhood
TRANQUIL LOCATION
San Pancho, in the prestigious Riviera Nayarit area of Mexico, is a friendly, laid back, colorful village with plenty of excellent restaurants, unique shops, a weekly farmers/artisan market and convenient mini grocery stores. The vibrant art and music scene in San Pancho add to the enchantment and culture of the town. San Pancho is also home to an amazing music festival in February. Also enjoy La Patrona, an international polo facility with great dining or improve your game at the Las Huertas Golf Club. San Pancho’s beautiful 1.8 mile long beach and wonderful people will provide an incredible, unforgettable experience.
Getting around
We are on a side street right off the main road in San Pancho (Tercer Mundo) on the ocean but we are in town. The condo is a 2 or 3 minute walk from the main street and approx 5 minutes from a mini grocery store.
Everything within San Pancho is within a really short walk. If you are wanting to do a large grocery shop, we recommend that you stop at Mega in Bucerias en route from the airport and stock up there.
There is a taxi service within San Pancho along with bus service from the highway (Mex200) which is about a 15 minute pleasant walk from our condo.

How to get there
IT'S EASY TO GET TO SAN PANCHO
It's easy to get here from the Puerto Vallarta airport (code: PVR), via taxi, bus, rental car (there is also a National Car rental company in San Pancho about 3 blocks from the condo) or arranged driver. Just a 45-minute drive through a beautiful tropical jungle corridor. Within San Pancho, most everything is within walking distance. However if needed, there is taxi services available in San Pancho as well as bus services to other towns from the highway.
San Pancho is about 25 miles (40 kms) north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. If driving, upon exiting the airport take highway Mex200 travelling north. Follow the signs to Compostela and Tepic. Mex200 is a four-lane highway until shortly after Bucerias where the highway changes from four lanes to a scenic 2-lane jungle road with many curves. After passing through small villages you will pass the turn off to Sayulita. San Pancho will be the next town after the Sayulita turn off. You will see a sign for 'San Francisco' which is the real name for San Pancho. Turn left into town.
Note: when driving on the two-lane portion of highway Mex200, turning on the left turn blinker on your car signals to the car behind you that it can safely pass you on the left-hand side.
DIRECTIONS TO THE CONDO
After turning left off Mex200 to enter San Francisco (San Pancho), you will be on Calle (street) Tercer Mundo. This is the main street of San Pancho and goes straight to the beach. As you near the end of Tercer Mundo, you will approach an area that has no exit. The no exit part of Tercer Mundo will be just after the restaurant Mr. Ribs, which is on the left-hand side of the road. At this restaurant, turn right onto Calle Cuba. Go down Calle Cuba for approximately 200 yards and Punta Paraiso will be on the left-hand side.
