Casa Miramar is one of San Pancho’s newest and most exquisite homes; offering the most spectacular ocean views in total seclusion. Hosting three, en-suite bedrooms and an ample, ocean view, pool terrace, this fabulous home is perched approximately 150 feet above a private beach cove on a private half acre with 180 degree coastal views of the Pacific Ocean and tropical jungle.
We invite you to enjoy the feeling of total privacy while being in the treetops, overlooking one of San Pancho’s most sought after views of the Pacific Ocean. A quick drive takes you to the heart of San Pancho, which offers a variety of activities, parks, community centers, restaurants, grocery stores and gift shops.

Exceeded expectations. Unbelievable view!
We stayed in the guest house of Casa Miramar in Casa Del Risco. We had big expectations of the view and it did not disappoint. It was very private. Beds and bedding were so comfortable. The outdoor showers were magic. Every aspect exceeded our high expectations. Highly recommend. Bit of a hike to town, would recommend a golf cart or car. Also has steps to access the different levels that would not make it good for anyone without a good footing.

Casa del Risco- Sweet Retreat!
This 2 BR guest home has an exceptional location, right on the cliff above the dramatic private beach. The 180 degree view is magical.
The location is about 1.2 miles north of San Pancho. The roads are bumpy so you will want a small SUV to enjoy your drives into town for meals and the beach.
The team at San Pancho Rentals is excellent and they make this stay very easy to enjoy.

Amazing!!!
We’ve stayed at Casa Miramar 2 times w plans to return for New Years! The house is brand new and gorgeous. 2 king masters and a 3rd bedroom with queen bed. All w their own private bathrooms. The downstairs master has an outdoor shower that I still dream about. And the view from kitchen/dining room is spectacular. You feel as if your floating over the ocean. House comes w every other day cleaning and Armando comes by to regularly clean pool landscaping. He is really great. Kitchen is beautiful w all stainless steel appliances. Great sound system and barbq área outside. It’s a good walk into town. And we rent a golf cart to move us around. We are madly in love w sweet San Pancho and Casa Miramar.

Loved it!
We had such an amazing time at Casa Mira Mar. The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. It is the perfect place to reconnect with your family. The property is very private, has beach access and is close to town. And those sunsets! Loved it and can’t wait to return.

Crown Jewel
CASA MIRAMAR, a genuine crown jewel and stunning hideaway in the San Pancho area. We spent a most relaxing and enjoyable week in an spectacular environment. The only regret, we did not have more time here.

Always wonderful in San Pancho
Really beautiful house. The views were amazing, sunsets there are some of the best in the world. We felt like we were in our own little jungle. I’d suggest having a rental car or golf cart to get to and from town to enjoy the wonderful food.
