VILLA DE VISTAS -- Large (8200 sq ft), three separate houses, stunning views, close to beach.
Just a glimpse -- a Zen View, as it's called -- of the Pacific Ocean waiting to welcome you!
This gate brings you into the Villa de Vista with three complete homes. Do you want 1 or 2 or 3!
It can be confusing. So we want to underscore that the VILLA has three absolutely previous homes.
You get the sense -- and it's correct -- that a master gardiner created this tropical paradise.
LA CASA QUE CANTA is larger then the other two houses -- EL NIDO (the Nest) and CASITA CELESTIAL..
Pass through the gate and you are surrounded by a tropical garden that extends far down the property.
One of the many stunning VISTAS from this VILLA. You look straight out to the Pacific Ocean.
The Entrada -- it's the Spanish word for entrance....and this one almost throws you into a trance.
An architectural and artistic masterpiece -- a spiral staircase runs through the heart of La Casa.
The sitting area of the living room is comfotable. Great place to read, to chat, to think.
The rooms flow one to another -- from the living room to the dining room to the kitchen.
Although the main dining room seats ten comfortably, there are many places to set a table.
The space works in such a way that you move inside and out without noticing the difference.
The kitchen is large with a big workspace and top-of-the-line appliances.
The kitchen flows nicely into the family room, where you have a large screen, hi-def TV and DVD.
The family room has wrap-around windows with views of the ocean and the jungle.
The most stunning views are from this upper terrace, but you have views from every floor!
Just a quick peak at the pool down below. It seems to have a magnetic draw on children -- all ages.
Go DOWN the stairs to the bedroom floor -- two large bedrooms with spacious sitting areas.
Every bath -- there are 9 in the VILLA -- is distinctive. This has tiles from Dolores Hidalgo.
There are sitting areas inside and out.
We are now leaving LA CASA, the Big House, and going down stairs to the pool deck.
This graphic shows the 3 houses -- La Casa (on top of hill), El Nido nestled underneath, and Casita
The VILLA is amazing -- it is really architechturally complex and big -- but has so many cozy places
Just can't resist checking out the pool, but let's go next into EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA.
El Nido de la Tortuga -- The Nest of the Turtle
The Nest of the Turtle is snuggled right under LA CAS. Its 1000 square feet have all you need.
El Nido has a compact kitchen with quality appliances and a view of the ocean through the jungle.
Did we mention that EL NIDO is intimate. Here's the master bedroom. It has a garden view.
The kids just love this. It's a bunk bed that's like a tree house.
Did we mention EL NIDO is romantic. Bath has dual showers and turtles at your feet.
Okay, Okay. Now we will show you the pool, designed with families in mind.
Look closely. See the turtles on the wall? And the flowers all around? And the chairs? Perfect!
Look closely again. See the safe platform for infants? The walk around bench for todlers?
The second of our three pools is a hot tub. Right next to the family pool.
Now we take the stairs through more garden to the CASITA CELESTIAL -- Heavenly House.
Casita Celestial -- The Heavenly Little House
A keen sense of anticipation as you approach this precious casita.
The stone welcome mat hints at what to expect -- stars, sun, moon, life abundant.
The moment you cross the threshold you are surrounded with heavenly bodies....ahead is the PALAPA.
The comfortable sitting area for reading, watching TV, quiet relaxation.
In addition to the Mexican artifacts there is a large-screen, hi-def TV with programming in English
Two bedroom suites -- this one honoring the sun. Notice the artwork and colors and views.
The sun bathroom with distinctive tiling and double sinks.
And here the bedroom honoring the moon. Precious.
In CASITA CLESTIAL there is a certain symmetry. Here's the moon bath.
More commissioned artwork. Owls to watch over you as you sound of the surf lulls you to sleep.
Lest there be any doubt, a PLAPA is a living room used by Mexicans in the tropics.
Under the PALAPA is a dipping pool and a marvelous place to sit and at....or sit and chat
All three houses - LA CASA, EL NIDO and the CASITA - are located in a lush tropical garden.
The pathway leads from the houses down the hill to a road and then a few minutes over to the beach.
The garden is punctuated by special spots. Here is a sitting area that converts to a fire pit.
San Pancho is a bird sanctuary. We are fortunate to have rare birds living in our garden.
A little further down the path and you will find a hammock grove. Perfectly peaceful.
The long-tailed blue jays fly back and forth over the property much of the day. Just sit and wait.
A little further down the path, passing the shower, and you're on your way to the beach.
About two minutes on the jungle road and you arrive at the northern most point of the pristine beach
Turn around and look up and you'll see the VILLA DE VISTA high on th hill.
VILLA DE VISTAS -- The Villa of Views -- is aptly named. You see the beach.....
....You see the amazing sunsets.....
.....and then even more amazing sunsets.....
You feel so connected to the sun that it seems as if the sun is also seing you.....
.....Eventually the sun slips into the Pacific.....
......and then, life goes on, and you see the moon over the bay. The whole thing is simply magical!

We(6 adults, 4 teenagers, 3 kids) headed down to San Pancho for a family gathering from a Saturday to Saturday. Everything about this trip far exceeded our expectations. We flew into Puerto Vallarta and headed to Costco & The Mega for food, drinks and exchanging of money, then were on our way to San Pancho. Met up with Bob from...

About the neighbourhood
The Villa is located at the north end of the beach on a quiet hillside in a tropical jungle, a bird lover's paradise. It is just a few minute walk to the ocean. There are several other houses in the 'neighborhood', but all are behind our property basically out of view. There is ample parking.
Getting around
Probably half of the people who rent for us do rent a car. We recommend they rent from Gecko car rental in Bucerias. If you have a car it is very easy to get around. San Pancho is a small town and you will be sufficiently familiar with everything within a day or two.
And about half of the people do not rent a car. They walk to the beach (it's just five minutes) and they walk to town (it's about twenty five minutes). If they get tired, to hire a taxi. If they prefer, they can rent a golf cart.
Again, because our pueblo is small, you will know your way around in just a few days.
If you wish to go out of town and don't have a car, you can hire a driver for the day or use a taxi.
We'll send you LOTS OF INFORMATION for 'getting around!'

How to get there
Airport: Puerto Vallarta (PVR): 60.0 km
We recommend you fly into Puerto Vallarta airport and rent a car or arrange for a ride. (Should you decide to rent, we will advise you on how to do either of these things.)
When you get to our pueblo, you will be greeted by IRIS RODRIQUEZ, our property manager. She will guide you to the Villa de Vistas and give you an introduction to your vacation home.
We send all of our guests informational documents, which describe in some detail every step of the process of getting here: Filling out forms on the plane. Getting through immigration and customs. Arranging for your ride or you rental car. Providing detailed driving directions.
