This newly renovated 3 bed 2.5 bath with loft home will give you an amazing view of the barges going down the TN River to Savannah. You can utilize the boat ramp just down our road to launch your boat and go enjoy water activities and fishing. There is a screened in patio where you can avoid any creepy crawlies and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The grill gives you access to enjoy the gorgeous views while cooking for your guests. There is also a fenced in area with no gate to keep any little ones or dogs safe from the waters edge. The kitchen offers full amenities including full size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker and toaster. The upstairs loft has a computer desk for those who need to work and play. There is a crib in the twin room and a blow up queen mattress if you have additional guests so it will sleep up to 11 with the crib. Great coffee table in the den doubles as a game table. Bathroom downstairs has a jacuzzi tub with shower sprayer. Kitchen has a hand built murphy table for the convenience of eating in the kitchen despite the space constraints! Such a cute and serene home to visit and unwind. Enjoy the local sites, antique shops or visit Shiloh. We can't wait to have you come and visit!

Sleepy town that has cute antique shops, weekend flea markets, slow river activities, barges coming down the river day and night (quietly) but they are a sight to see! Visit Shiloh where you can feel the souls that have been laid to rest. The Savannah old town is a great place to wonder. Pickwick dam is pretty amazing to see as well! The Outpost is worth the drive for food and shopping as well! It's a local attraction that everyone loves!

You will go North on 64 from Selmer through Adamsville and turn left onto Coffee Landing. Then take a right on Glendale, then right onto Sky Bird and right onto Vista River Lane. We are the 3rd driveway on the right
