The house is located in Hillsboro Village, 1 block from Music Row, 2 blocks from Belmont and 3 blocks from Vanderbilt. The location is about 1.5 miles from downtown Nashville. It has hardwood floors, modern kitchen w/granite counter tops, 3 Bedrooms with queen beds , washer, dryer and all kitchen equipment furnished. Please note the house has one full bath in the center hall and a 1/2 bath in the Master Bedroom. Deluxe bedding and linens, large fenced back yard with covered patio and grill. Restaurants and shops are 3 houses away, walking distance to pancake pantry. Total house is about 1,500 square feet. Nicely decorated.

It was a nice little place with the best back patio! Clean and comfy. Definitely would rent again! Nice size with all the needs. We ven cooked in some everyday.

Enjoyed it so much that we are seriously considering staying there again in two years....
It is an older home but that is part of the charm. The house was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and towels were big, fat, fluffy 100% cotton that would make most high end hotels jealous. The kitchen was nicely appointed w/ just about everything needed (what was not found was easily substituted). There was not an ice machine but plenty of ice trays so as long as you remember the recipe......
The back yard has a lovely gazebo area w/ tables and chairs as well as a gas grill and lighting.
The only downside has nothing to do w/ the house or owners but the street is somewhat narrow and neighbors like to park on both sides and as close to the drive as possible which makes it a bit dicey if trying to find the drive in the dark w/ cars barreling down on you fr/ both sides.

Home away from home
Very comfortable, the house had everything we need and gave us a great starting point for exploring Nashville. It was adorable.

Bit dated but great location
This house is in a great location but needs to be updated. It has most things you need & 3 good double beds. The front door is a little worrying & definitely needs looking at & the clearer even though she was very nice, needs to clean under the beds. Once that is sorted this place is perfect for a few nights stay in Nashville.

Great place!
We stayed here for 5 nights after making our booking quite late on, after our long standing booking elsewhere was cancelled when the owner sold the house... we’re so glad they did! This house was perfect for our stay in this lovely city.
We walked into Nashville & back on several occasions (approx 40 minute walk to the bars on Broadway - we did not rush as it was very warm). The walk down Music Row & into the heart of the city was enjoyable & we always felt safe. The house is in a pretty street with restaurants within steps of the home.
The house itself was attractive, comfortable & clean. The bed linens were of a high quality & there was an abundance of white, fluffy towels. It has a homey feel as it was built at the turn of the 20th century but with all the modern conveniences we could possibly have needed during our stay.
The beds were really comfy & the area very quiet so we slept well & the air conditioning kept the house at a lovely temperature despite the heat outside.
The owners left welcome gifts - such a lovely touch, & when we arrived prior to check in (we had no WiFi & couldn’t check the stated time on our booking), they were very courteous & let us put some perishables in the fridge whilst they finished preparing the house for our stay & kindly directed us to the nearest, very close, supermarket.
We enjoyed sitting outside in the back garden - but do remember bug spray as the mosquitoes are very persistent when outdoors anywhere in the city! We loved watching the squirrels walk the fence in the yard & even saw fireflies in the back garden!
Also, we went to the Pancake Pantry for breakfast on our last morning, just a really short drive from the house. What a treat to find this so locally!
Thank you for such a comfortable base for our stay in Nashville - we are glad we found this property.

Wonderful little house
A group of 8 of us came down to Nashville for my sister's bachelorette weekend. This little house was our haven. It is less than 10 mins from downtown Nashville, only 12-15 mins from the airport (25 mins in traffic), and there is a great little set of restaurants/shops right down the road (Taco Mamacita and the froyo place were both delicious).
The inside was clean and homey. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen was small, but functional. We weren't making gourmet meals, so the size worked for us. There is everything you need in the kitchen (utensils, can opener, cork screw, chopping knives, etc.) There is a large yard behind the house with a covered patio. The mosquitoes are bad (everywhere), so pack some bug spray if you're going to be outside.

Cute, homey place to stay while in Nashville
If you are travelling with a family, this place is ideal. My wife and I took three of our kids (20-something and two teens) for a 3-day visit to Nashville. The three bedrooms were ideal for allowing everyone to have their own space and the fully-stocked kitchen saved us from having to eat out every meal. It's a perfect place to stay for families.

Brilliant location
Great little cottage for two couples. Restaurants very handy and hop-on bus service just around the corner. So easy to get in and out of the city. Would stay again.

Great location!
Just a short uber ride away from downtown, this house is a perfect place to stay in a great neighborhood! Within walking distance are restaurants and shopping. The house is very clean with all of the amenities, including washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch are all you need to sleep 7, possibly a thin 8th person. 1 and a half bathrooms mean you'll have to plan out showers but it's worth it. Definitely stay at this cottage for your next Nashville trip!!
