OTHER THINGS TO KNOW - Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age. - Non-Smoking Resort - Check-in office hours: 7 days a week 7am - 11pm. - Handicapped accommodation available. - No pets allowed. Please contact the resort regarding the policy on service animals. - Not all buildings have elevators. - Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly $11 plus tax resort fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. - Resort Fees cover all of the amenities at Sunrise Ridge, which include: Guest Internet Access; Self-parking; Sports Equipment (shuffle board, basketball ); Barbecue equipment; Lobby Coffee Station. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols.
