If you are keen for some retail therapy, just a 2 minute drive away is the Caloundra CBD where you can shop to your hearts content with a number of shops and boutiques to choose from, there are also many cafes along the main street for when a coffee break is needed. This place has it all, from the location, to the great shops and restaurants, to the quality accommodation. The lounge room consists of a 6 seater couch situated across the back wall, 2 recliners, a television and a balcony. The dining room consists of a dining setting to suit 5. The kitchen contains a microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, and a built in wardrobe. The bathroom/laundry consists of shower, vanity unit, balcony, washing machine & dryer, iron, ironing borad, vacuum cleaner and the toilet is adjacent. There is one long balcony situated off the lounge room with access also via the main bedroom. There is a single lock up garage and a pool in the complex. Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring/supply your own towels and linen.
