Mellow Squirrel is a quaint 2 bedroom cottage 1/2 block off historic downtown Denison, TX where you will find all kinds of stores and a few unique restaurants. There is an old theatre that now has live shows on the weekends.
The living room is very comfortable if you just want to relax and read or watch your favorite shows or movies. It is fully equipped with all you need except for food and what you put in your baggage for your stay. Denison was originally a railroad town. Visit the railroad museum of go to President Eisenhauer's home place. Lake Texoma is only a few minutes away. There is plenty of shopping at the intersection of Highway 75 & 82. The area has an abundance of restaurants.
