Our City Denton is fantastic and often referred to as Austin's little sister. Home to 2 universities, it's a quirky little college town. I have lots of guests come for weddings, work or to visit family, and they find Denton to be just what they wanted. We have community cultural activities, yummy food, plenty of Groupons, and a funky town square with shopping, eats and treats for all ages and interests. The home is an easy jump onto I35E or I35W as it sits on the access road. You can get anywhere in the metroplex easily from Denton since this home is just north of both Dallas and Fort Worth.More

About the neighbourhood
Our Razor Ranch neighborhood has every convenience. We offer a ton of chain stores within a mile and plenty of mom-and-pops for restaurants and shopping. Need to buy something quick? Wal-Mart to Kohls. Hungry? We have tons to choose from including In-and-Out, Panera or Dickey's BBQ or drive a mile or so. Are you a foody? We have the best local eats that are privately owned within 3 miles of the house. There are way too many options to list. But it's all in your backyard. Want to cook? You can even order groceries from Kroger ClickList and schedule to have all your groceries delivered to your door the night you arrive! Getting around
Getting around
If you are driving, we are located on the I35 access road just above the E/W Dallas/Fort Worth fork. There is a bus stop about half a mile from the house. From there you can catch the train to the tram to downtown Dallas or even Fort Worth's Sundance Square. It's easiest to drive, but if you want to avoid traffic, these are options. There's also a park and ride to get on the train if you like.
