This unit will is available for short term (7 days/6 nights MINIMUM SET BY CONDO ASSOCIATION NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THIS MINIMUM) & and monthly rentals.Two Bedroom and Den (with Sleeper). It is set up to sleep 6 but will handle 8 with the sleeper sofa.

If you are from Houston take a mini vacation when you can not get away. Less than one hour away from most of Houston.

It is right on the beach...No Sea Wall and no busy roads to cross. The beach is in a section that is secluded and very private. The nearest public beaches with amenities are 1 mile away in either direction so no crowds around us. We are now offering Weekly Rentals at the Palisades Palms the newest and the Only luxury high rise condominium Right on the beach! Palisade Palms condo 1408 was the best rental property we have ever stayed in at Galveston! We love that the property is right on the beach, not across the street or near it; and beach chairs are even provided at no additional cost. Love the pool area with kids pool & infinity-edge pool as well. Lots to do here: game...

My wife and I spent nine weeks of the winter of 2017 in this condominium (TW 1408 at the Palisade Palms Resort). We had an absolutely wonderful time. The views of the Gulf of Mexico and Galveston Island at night are spectacular from the balcony about 170 feet in the air. Everything inside the condo is first rate and works...

Very nice unit with excellent views. Large with lots of space to move around. Very secure property, gated parking, key fob locks on all doors in and around. Nice pool area and their own walkway out to the beach. Public beach access too, but hardly anyone comes through it. Game room and tennis courts are very nice as well. Everything...

About the neighbourhood
Located on the east end of Galveston Island. The only area where the beaches are actually growing. This property is situated in a protected preserve in an open space area with little or no development. Yet it is only 1 -2 miles from all the action, restaurants, and shops in Galveston. It is one of the few condos that has no sea wall between it an the ocean. You get the best of all worlds here.

All major attractions are within 15 minutes of the condo yet it is set in a preserve like location.

Airport: Hobby: 50.0 km
From Hobby or Bush International and Houston take 45 South to Galvestion. Continue on to Broadway to the end then Seawall Blvd to E. Beach. Building will be visible...only twin tower high rise in area. Pull up main ramp to main entrance and check in at 24 hour desk.
