Our team is dedicated to assisting our guests and are available at any time, day or night. This home is a spacious 1 bedroom with private access. It boasts a fully-appointed kitchen, ensuite washer/dryer, heating & air conditioning, 1 full en-suite bathroom with step-in shower and numerous windows for ample natural light. BATH • Fully appointed bathroom with step in shower • Eco-conscious, cruelty-free shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash provided. • Hairdryer • Please note, there is no bathtub EAT • New remodeled modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Kitchens are fully equipped and include dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and ovenware. • Appliances include 4-top electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, pour-over coffee carafe and water kettle, traditional coffee maker, toaster, and blender. ENTERTAINMENT • Your Abode is equipped with a smart TV or streaming device (Roku) which allows guests to access their own streaming accounts that are automatically logged out at checkout. Your Abode does not have cable or satellite service but the streaming device does provide some free TV and movie content. You will be provided with contact information for your host, available during the day, as well as our 24-hour concierge service team in case of emergencies. We make certain you have all of the information you need for smooth check-in, navigating the space, getting around, recommendations for the best eateries, nightlife, events, as well as information about the necessities (grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, ER, etc). The Neighborhood: Welcome to the wonderfully eclectic neighborhood of Montrose! Nearly 100-years-old, this centrally-located Houston neighborhood of a scant four square miles, is one of the most established, culturally diverse sections of Houston. Montrose is an offbeat neighborhood known for its bars, vintage stores and eclectic mix of eateries, which range from quaint cafes to Mexican cantinas and Mediterranean bistros. It’s also home to hip indie art galleries and the octagonal Rothko Chapel, featuring huge abstract murals by its namesake artist.
