Scam at booking.com

This is a scam. They stole our money. They triple charged us and never refunded. Booking.com was informed and they said they will refund but they lied. The place was not clean and the property managers were not accessible. They sent the cleaners but after so long and they didn’t do the cleaning properly and left without informing. This was the worst experience we had and made us tense all the time. Those scammers spoiled our trip to Houston.

Comfortable Quiet Central

Thank you for your for going above and beyond as a team. The home was perfect. We appreciated a spacious and quiet home while we visited Houston.
