Kitchen: Our luxury space includes a stainless steel double door refrigerator, Stove and microwave with plenty of additional amenities such as cookware, Dinnerware, cutting boards and so much more. *BONUS: Includes a snack bar with popular snacks and water.* Living Room: The B Spot living room is perfect for gathering with your closest friends on our multiple seating area. Have fun watching your favorite streaming platforms on our 40 inch Smart TV. living room walls and creates an ascetically pleasing experience. (Natural Light) Laundry: We love providing bonus amenities to our guest and we do feature a washer and dryer, detergent pods, to help with your daily needs. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Please be advised this is a privately owned condo and not a hotel. I will be your point of contact for any issues or concerns. Other things to note The check in process is a keyless entry and a code is required. The code will be sent to guests before arrival with a check in notification with detailed instructions. Please let us know if you will be checking in late pass 5:00pm. No Smoking in the condo. Patio Only Only guests that are listed is allowed to visit the property. Guests will be charged an additional $25 for each additional guest not reported. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Avoid standing on or rearranging furniture. Excessive cleaning charges are $150 and above and damages will be assessed and billed in various amounts based on the damage within the space. Contact us immediately if you experience any maintenance or safety issues within the condo. We will promptly address the issue with a resolution.
