This roomy 3 bedroom cabin sleeps 10-11 offers a queen size bed, full size bed, full over full bunk bed, and 3 twin beds. **Top Bunk has 250 lb. weight limit. This cabin also features a full kitchen, large bath with large walk in shower, heat & air, a covered front porch, BBQ grill and picnic table.
Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils to prepare meals.
BBQ pit (charcoal) and picnic table with grilling utensils. Covered front porch with patio furniture to sit, chit chat, read or just do absolutely nothing but enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country views!
Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress pad. You must BRING your own sheets (Queen, 3 Fulls, & 3 Twins) and Towels.

About the neighbourhood
We are in a great location with great views of the mountains. We are away from it all, but yet very close to all the essentials. My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state Park (3 miles), Lost Maples State Park, Three sisters bike roads, Frio River crossings, Leakey, Concan, Kerrville, Utiopia, and Uvalde. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Tripadvisor. You can hike on our 18 acres and there is a community fire pit in the center of the property.
Getting around
Only 2 miles - There is Happy Hollow tube rentals & shuttle. You take a right out of property & You park there and they shuttle you for tubing.
Only 2 miles - The Washbarn is open 24 hrs - 7 Days a week, you take a left out of the property & it is on the right.
1/2 mile to Buckhorn Bar & Grill

How to get there
We are located 93 miles West of San Antonio. Garner State Park is 3 miles South. Lost Maples State Natural Area is 25 miles Northwest.
Our physical address is not in the correct location on GPS, but you can type in Garner State Park to help navigate to our area. Our office is 3 miles North of Garner on the Left of Hwy 83. You will see 2 metal green cactus, and a flag at the entrance.
