The Ratliff Retreat
This beautiful 1870’s Historic home has been renovated with all the modern amenities while keeping the original charm. It offers a king bed with luxury linens, historic fireplace, private bath with shower with locally made soaps and lotions, small desk for lap top, cell phone charging stations, kitchenette with microwave, small fridge/freezer, juice, milk, fruit, coffee, tea and a yummy breakfast pastry. The screened in porch is perfect for relaxing in the evening and taking in the peaceful scenery in the hill country. Guests can also enjoy the hot tub area, pitching washers or taking a nice bike ride on the bikes provided at the property.

Very nice
Very nice place. Everything about the facility is well done. Extremely clean, fresh, comfortable and relaxing. Nice touch with the light breakfast items, availability of bicycles, porch swing and a comfortable outdoor sitting area. Just two blocks from downtown Llano which has several antique like shops and a very relaxing coffee shop. Overall you won’t be disappointed.

During your stay, you will be ideally situated just one block from Downtown Llano, TX, where you’ll find shopping, antiques, art galleries, restaurants, a wine bar, a coffee bar, and the Historic Lantex Theatre. In town for one of Llano’s many festivals or celebrations. Mustard Seed Bed and Breakfast on the Llano is located right next to Grenwelge Park, where all of Llano’s special events, such as the Llano Earth Art Fest (LEAF), are held. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate opportunities to visit Enchanted Rock State Park, hike wildflower roads & trails, and fish, canoe, & kayak on the Llano River.
