Attractive, fair-sized two bedroom south facing 5th floor apartment, in small private walled and gated secure development. Two south facing linked terraces offer an open outdoor suburban aspect with some sea views and sun all day.

Ideally located to suit all tastes and interests within 10 minutes walk of Arroyo de la Miel town centre which links directly to Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Malaga and the Airport via the excellent coastal train service. Two adjacent bus routes provide links to other popular local destinations and there is a taxi rank within 100 metres.

Have just spent a very enjoyable week in Benalmedina. We were lucky to be staying in a very comfortable and convenient 5th storey, 2 bed spacious apartment.Even the lift stopped right outside the door. There was a roomy balcony to sit and enjoy the views...More

Just come back from a 4 night stay apartment was fab home from home everything u needed was there air con , washing machine hairdryer tv with English Channels .balcony , pool was great too really quiet and no problem getting a sun bed close...More

Local places of interest within a short walking distance include the sea front and coastal promenade, Paloma Park, Selwo Dolphinarium and Zoo, Tivoli World theme park and cable car to the summit of the local mountain, Arroyo de la Miel town with its local Spanish shops, bars and restaurants,

A longer walk or short taxi/bus ride takes you to Benalmadena Marina also served with many shopping, eating and drinking outlets and various boat trips including scheduled services to Fuengirola and Malaga.

Continuing to walk along the coastal promenade to the east brings in the once small fishing village of Carrihuella and further on to Torremolinos. Going to the west takes you past Torremuelle, Los Boliches and eventually on to Fuengirola.

Railway: Arroyo de la Miel : 1.0 km
Ferry: Malaga : 22.0 km
By far the best way to get to the apartment is by train from the airport, costs 3 or 4 euros. You then have only a 12 minute walk from Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel railway station. Or if you prefer, use the taxi rank outside the station, costs 4-5 euros.

Before you arrive you will be given detailed instructions concerning how to get there and how to meet up with my local manageress who will give you the keys.

You will also receive 'Notes for Tenants', a detailed list of items to make your stay more enjoyable.
