The ground floor consists of a peaceful lounge/TV area furnished with quality comfy sofas and wall mounted TV. The bedroom fitted with a large sofa bed leads off from this room and gives access to the garden and pool area. The 2nd bedroom fitted with a double bed is located on this floor and also gives access to the terrace. The guest bathroom is also situated on this floor. Take the stairs and mid level there is the 3rd bedroom fitted with a double bed, built in wardrobes and benefits from access to a terrace area with stunning views over the garden and pool area and panoramic coastal views. Continue up a flight of stairs to the top level. This level consists of a large shower room fitted with a hydro massage walk in shower and whirlpool bath. Enter the large main lounge area and relax within the large, comfy sofas next to a fireplace. There is a second wall mounted TV in this lounge. The separate dining room is furnished with a high quality dining table and chairs. The 4th bedroom fitted with twin beds is accessed from the dining room. The fully fitted kitchen gives access to a long terrace area furnished with a table and chairs and again offers stunning pool and coastal views. The guest toilet is on this level. This elevated area of Benalmadena is perfect for a peaceful holiday away from the main coast, yet is still only a short drive away to enjoy all the facilities this part of the Costa del Sol has to offer. In the immediate area you can find many attractions including the Butterfly Park and the Buddhist Temple, from where you can take in the majestic coastal views. A short drive will take you to the coast and the myriad of bars, restaurants and shops this popular destination offers. Situated just 15 minutes from both the towns of Benalmadena and Fuengirola and close to the A7 to make travelling around and discovering this part of the coast easy. The town of Benalmadena to the east offers the fabulous marina with many restaurants and all types of entertainment and attractions. There are also many restaurants & bars and the Torrequebrada Hotel casino. Also within a short drive are many attractions including the Selwo Marina , Tivoli World and the large and beautiful Parque de la Paloma which features a cafe and boating lake. Benalmadena is well situated to explore the Costa del Sol and some of the most beautiful and interesting cities, towns, and villages. Fuengirola to the west boasts an amazing 6 kilometres of sandy beaches with clear waters, and has an array of water-sports and leisure amenities to suit. The beach promenade is lined with bars and restaurants and offers an abundance of things to do. As well as the extensive beaches, visitors and locals alike enjoy the town centre, which boasts reminders of the region’s ancient past. The main square – the Plaza de la Constitución, has been beautifully restored and retains its age-old charm. Be sure to visit its well preserved Moorish Castle. In addition to the busy night life you can enjoy shopping at the many high street stores, or take a day visiting one of the many attractions including the water-park, the Bioparc Zoo, where they have a successful conservation programme running, karting, cinemas, children’s play areas, two street markets a week and regular concerts and festivals held in the grounds of the Castle.
