The apartment is extremely spacious and many guests love the 'home from home' feel. Its location can't be beaten as everything you could want is within walking distance. The complex is called Don Joaquin and is a private development. The apartment is ideal for summer or winter stays as the heating unit has a heating or air conditioning setting. Long rentals over the winter are available with special discounts for senior citizens. It comfortable sleeps 6 (with the very comfy double sofabed in the lounge). Our children love to play or relax in our private terrace when they have had enough swimming, it's also great for sun worshippers for catching the last remaining rays of the day. A Mothercare travel cot, high chair and changing mat are provided. No smoking or no pets please... more

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure, along with £150 security deposit paid directly to me (Security deposits are refunded once we receive keys and our agent has checked the apartment). Payment accepted in Sterling or Euros. 50 euros cleaning charge is payable on day of departure. As the apartment keys will be sent to you, an additional fee may apply if you live outside the UK. You will also be responsible for returning the keys to be, using recorded delivery.

About the neighbourhood
The Benalmádena Marina is the most astonishing port and residential complex in Europe. Its architecture mixes Indian, Arabic and Andalusian features, and its artificial islands lend it a special charm that enables the complex to integrate perfectly into a setting that is harmonious in its own way. It was twice awarded as the Best Marina in the World.

Beaches : there are two beach, located in the heart of Benalmadena with a beautiful promenade running along with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shops etc. It is worth a visit because here stands one of the most emblematic villas on the coastal area -Bil-Bil Castle. It is council property and numerous cultural events are held in it. It also has a tourist office and is just a stone's throw from Benalmadena marina.

Fly from the UK and Ireland straight to Malaga using many airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair, British Airways, Monarch, Thomson etc. Our apartment is situated 10 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. We can arrange for you to be collected at the airport and driven directly to the apartment.
