Lots of space in the yard for games. NO smoking, NO parties, NO pets. There is parking for 4 vehicles. Residential neighborhood, quiet hours enforced. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 9 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500. WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $1800 per month. Winter Guests are allowed to use the garage.
