Beautiful newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath in a quiet residential home on Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is empty, the Guadalupe River runs through it now). Photos taken April of 2022 reflect the water level at that time. Wonderful, covered back patio with comfy seating, private pool, propane grill, 2 kayaks and 2 decks on the docks for your enjoyment.
