You'll love staying in this very private bed and breakfast Tiny House with its picturesque and especially serene view of the Texas hill country while kicking back on the spacious front deck. Tiny is a custom built 325 sq. ft. tiny house with a pleasant, modern rustic vibe. It will sleep up to 4 adults with a queen bed in the semi private bedroom and a full size futon sleeper in the living room area. This futon is no ordinary futon! It was designed for overnight comfort with an 8 inch thick innerspring mattress that will comfortably accommodate 2 adults. This house may be considered tiny, but the amenities are anything but. Over the years, we have stayed in many different types of B&Bs. We find that we prefer the non traditional type where you can enjoy coffee and breakfast in the comfort of your own space without trying to make a specific serving time or mingling with others when you are still wiping the sleep from your eyes. So, that's what we have decided to offer our guests by providing you with fresh ingredients necessary to make your own delicious breakfast in the comfort of your own space and when you are ready. Breakfast usually includes bacon or sausage, farm fresh eggs from our coop, hash browns, juice, and yogurt. For multiple night stays, we may offer sausage, biscuits and gravy, or English muffin breakfast sandwiches, or fresh fruit and granola. Let us know upon booking if you have any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you. There is a large, 250 sq. ft. front deck right outside the french doors overlooking a beautiful valley view of the Texas hill country. During the day, take in the view from the bench seating or Adirondack chairs on the deck or go for a short hike. And at night, enjoy the small fire pit with a custom built limestone bench for you to cozy up, toast up some smores, or pick the guitar under the stars. Most guests choose our Tiny for its quiet, in-the-country vibe and prefer to "unplug". However, there is a flat screen TV in the living area and another one in the bedroom. There is no cable or satellite service so the TVs are for watching DVDs or connecting to your phone to watch Netflix or other online streaming options. There is a small library of DVDs in the cabin and a Redbox located nearby in Pipe Creek.

About the neighbourhood

If you are looking for a quiet, out-of-the city, get away, then you will love the convenience of our tranquil hill country neighborhood. We are within about 20 minutes of Boerne, Helotes, San Antonio, Bandera, and Lake Medina. Enjoy the peaceful quiet serenity of our cabin or you can “day-trip” to many of the nearby hill country towns. There is much to do in the Texas hill country and our Tiny makes a great home base to travel from. There is also a small neighborhood winery, the Timber Ridge Winery. The winery offers free tastings of their two delightful wines and is less than a mile down the road, about a 15 minute leisurely stroll.

Tiny is located about 45 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport. Once you are here, you may want to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
