The house is a late-1950s home situated in Downtown/Old Towne Plano.
A variety of outdoor living and dining spaces including a cozy front porch, relaxing deck with rocking chairs, a backyard fire pit perfect for socializing, and outdoor dining area for meals or doing some work on a warm Texas afternoon.
Inside is a cozy living room with a fireplace and television, dining room with seating for up to eight, a modern galley kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, and a variety of small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender, and electric kettle) for guest use. Off the kitchen is a laundry area that guests are also free to use upon request.

Everything you would ever need!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had! I literally felt right at home, the owner was extremely flexible with our schedule and very accommodating. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone!

About the neighbourhood
A cool residential area quietly nestled between several major intersections so anything you need is just minutes away. Most errands can be accomplished on foot or within a five minute drive. There are beautiful neighborhoods all over Plano with huge, towering homes, but this area is different in a great way. It's one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city and has its own modest and unique feel. It's quiet... Once the sun starts to set, things stay pretty quiet until the morning. Most people can even sleep with the windows open (weather permitting) and not be bothered. Consistently named one of the safest cities in America. Bars, restaurants, art galleries, and unique shopping is just minutes away.
Getting around
The easiest way to walk to Downtown Plano is to turn right out the front door and walk towards 18th Street. Left on 18th Street and then left on K Avenue. Bars, restaurants, shopping, and galleries are just down the street.
