The Living Room: The living room is an open floor plan that looks out to the Solarium and pool area, the family den, and the kitchen area. It has a gas fireplace and is beautifully appointed; a great place to relax and entertain. The Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you could need and a breakfast area for cozy dining. Its stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, and glasses. We want you to feel at home so we make it as accommodating as possible for our guests. Enjoy some starter snacks and unlimited coffee. We also provide a dozen bottled waters in the refrigerator to get your thirst quenched when you arrive. You also find a decorated table with a 'bottle of wine complimentary' as a thank you for staying with us along with our way of making your stay a bit more memorable. The Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a flat screen TV that is connected to a chrome-cast and fire-stick to watch your favorite shows on Netflix or your Amazon Prime account. We have an antenna so you can view local channels as well. Each room also has google minis for music. Just say “OK google, play relaxation music on Pandora and when done, just say “OK google stop. The Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are full size complete; one with a shower tub and the other with a large stand-up shower. We provide shampoo, hair conditioner, a hair dryer, and soap, toothpaste and fresh toothbrushes just in case you've forgotten to bring yours. If there is anything we've forgotten please let us know! The Office: Computer and Printer: We offer the use of a computer and printer located on the beige desk in the office which is right off the main entrance to the house. Just log in to Guest! The Solarium: Our solarium looks out on the pool and is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Pool towels are located in the wicker basket so please enjoy the pool. There is also a pullout sleeper sofa in the Solarium to accommodate one of your guests. We also provide a blow-up air-mattress (located in hall closet) that sleeps two and is very comfortable. The Backyard and Pool: Outside, you'll find a refreshing private pool and Koi fish pond. This is great for the family and kiddos. We have a gas barbecue grill and patio set for eating outdoors. We also have a bar area that opens with some outside plates and glasses. Relax in the outside hammock by the fish pond, or catch some sun while relaxing in the chaise lounges. And when your done swimming, take yourself a shower outdoors ~ Hot and cold water! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $170. Please message me with information about your pet and to confirm the fee. The backyard is truly private and relaxing. Just turn the pool lights on in the evening, the house accent outdoor lights on around the backyard, and plug in a Bluetooth Speaker (provided) and enjoy!!!
