The location was great, able to walk to many town favorite spots! The room was nice and cozy, well maintained and clean. Would like to come back.

203 B Brown St Port A
The staff at Port Aransas Escape said the address which was also listed on the keys as 201B. Therefore, we were looking for 201B, when we arrived at the location, the house number was 203 so we drove around the block looking for 201, so we decided to see if the key fit, since 203 looked empty, and sure enough it did!!! We wasted about 15-20mins of our vacation looking for this place but it was nice and cool when we arrived. The bed was noisey, we could not even turn over without it making alot of noise. The kitchen and bathroom sink had hot water but the shower did not. These are small things to us and we will stay there again, now that we know where it is!
It is close to the beach, I would say less than half a mile but, I wouldn't walk to the beach if you have things to carry.
Yes, I would recommend this property to a friend.

Great Vacation Rental!
I absolutely loved it! It was very clean and very spacious for a couple. I love how it even had dishes and pots and pans to cook. I had took everything and didn't even use my stuff! Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Cute place, great location!!!
Over all Great!!! Location is awesome! I think the cleaning fee is a bit much because you have to do the dishes and take out the trash :/ and there was no blender (even though I asked and they said there would be one, I called and left a message and my call was never returned- hence my 3 star- I was to upon check out that I should have kept calling to get the blender- oh well) also there is no hair dryer. But over all loved the place. Location is perfect! And Giggitys- the only late night food place- is 2 blocks away- and the food is phenomenal! The bed is super comfy- squeaky but comfy, the water is hot and the fridge keeps everything cold! I would def go back :)

We enjoyed our stay, our room was close to shopping and dining, just wished it had been a little closer to the beach.The room was very nice and very clean, the refrigerator wasn't working properly that was the only bad thing. We will be back.

Tranquil breeze
I enjoyed my stay at this property it was very clean and modern great place for a couple. I did have to clean the air filter upon arrivel and instantly met the neighbors that rent full time next door and informed that they hear everything that goes on in there I was a little put off by that. But again they were nice and did not bother us and I would definitly stay here again!
