Large 5 bedroom 4 bath home situated on a 31 acre working ranch with 2 barns and pond. Great location for Weddings, Graduations, Parties, Birthdays and other events. The backyard is equipped with lighting that allows for evening functions. Ample parking for guests. We have accommodated events with 200+ guests and 50+ vehicles with optional valet parking. 3 car garage, and game room. An event fee may apply for special events.

Contract required to be signed prior to stay. No swimming in pond. No children allowed near pond. Owner assumes no liability for accidents in or near the pond. Use at own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Our farmhouse is in a rural area, and the trash company requires all garbage to be bagged. So no loose items in the garbage container please. Available for long term rentals but guests must pay for electricity every month. A 1 year history of electric bills can be provided.

Fantastic Weekend!
Balaji was excellent to work with and truly knows customer service. He was very responsive and great to deal with all of our questions. The property is spectacular. This is an older home and a little dated but it had all of the amenities you could ever need. It was clean and had no weird smells at all which was important to us. The home is so Huge and Is unique in its layout and Just perfect for a large family. We highly recommend this property. The pergola is equipped with hung lights and outdoor security lights along with plenty of electrical outlets. The back covered patio is huge and has a full size bbq grill & 6 person patio table and was perfect for our family. We had a fantastic time and will certainly be coming back. Thank you Balaji!
