Your perfect getaway awaits in one of our 2 bedroom/2 bath condos that are directly across the street from the beach. You can be in the ocean in just a couple of minutes. It is easy to go back and forth from the beach multiple times a day. Our small building has only 6 condos to help you escape the crowds.

The condos are identical on the inside. They are a spacious 1100 sq. ft. and can sleep up to 7 guests. This listing represents 3 of our condos.

Each condo has it's own washer and dryer. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 and a bar area with a variety of stemware. There is also access to the balconies from the dining room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fans, HDTVs and DVD players. The large master bedrooms have access to the balconies, large walk-in closets, an en-suite, king bed...

We love to get to know our guests. We are available to answer any questions and help in any way we can. We can be contacted through email, phone, or texting. Our office hours for reservations is 10am - 6pm Monday-Saturday. We are available to guests currently staying with us 8am-9pm every day of the week. Our property managers live down the street and visit the property multiple times a day to make sure everything is running smoothly.

About the neighbourhood
There are no hotels in the neighborhood, so it is quiet and the beach is not as crowded. The movie theater is at the end of the block and we are within walking distance of the Wanna Wanna Inn. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops near us, but not on our street. Everything is convenient. There is a grocery store about a mile away. There are 2 designated parking spaces for each guest, but the spaces are long, so you can park cars behind one another. We also allow boat/jet ski parking.
Getting around
We have 2 parking spots per condo, so you can bring your car. If you decide to fly, there is a shuttle from the airport that will drop you at the condos. We have a complimentary bus service on the island called The Wave. It will take you around South Padre Island and even over to Walmart and HEB!

The beach is directly across the street from us, so no transportation needed to get there! There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance. And, the movie theater is at the end other end of the block, so only a 3-5 minute walk to the movies!

Driving Directions

San Andres Condominiums is located at 130 E. Mars Ln.

Once you cross the Queen Isabella bridge onto South Padre Island, turn left onto Padre Blvd.

Head north approximately 2.5 miles to Mars Ln.

The Island Cinema North movie theater is located at the corner of Padre Blvd and Mars Ln.

Turn right at the movie theater.

San Andres Condominiums is located at the end of the block on the left.

We are at the corner of Mars Ln and Gulf Blvd. There are two designated parking spaces marked in front of the condominiums and the pool.
