Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and almost 3000 square feet, it sleeps 11-13 people perfectly. Walking into the main level, you’ll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make a home-cooked meal. A toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes/glassware, utensils and baking pans make eating-in a breeze. The dining area, located just off the kitchen, seats 12. There’s a ½ bath on the main level as well. You’ll also find a large living room with a 55” HD Television equipped with Netflix and DirecTV. There’s even a gas fireplace for colder nights. The comfortable couches and deck (with a gas BBQ) allow plenty of space to enjoy time together. There’s a DVD collection, board games,and cards for entertainment. Upstairs, you’ll find four beautiful bedrooms. One bedroom is a King Master with an attached bathroom and 44” HD TV. Two other bedrooms have Queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a Twin-over-Queen bed. Those bedrooms share a large, full bathroom. Additionally, there’s a laundry room with a full-sized High-Efficiency, Front-Loading Steam Technology Washer and Dryer and an iron/ironing board. In the downstairs area, there’s a large great room with a pool table and family room. More seating on a couch and loveseat plus a 65” HD TV make it a perfect space to relax. Just off the great room is a patio with a private, 7-person hot tub. There’s another King Master bedroom with unattached bath in the basement. If you need extra sleeping, a Queen air mattress is also available. Aside from the gas fireplace, this home features full heating in the winter and central air-conditioning in the summer, as well as ceiling fans. Utah Broadband wireless internet is provided throughout the home and a Verizon Wireless Signal Booster is also in place. Don’t worry about parking! A one-car garage and space in the driveway provide convenient parking for two vehicles. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and **** bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items.
