Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and almost 3000 square feet, it sleeps 11-13 people perfectly. Walking into the main level, you’ll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make a home-cooked meal. A toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes/glassware, utensils and baking pans make eating-in a breeze. The dining area, located just off the kitchen, seats 12. There’s a ½ bath on the main level as well. You’ll also find a large living room with a 55” HD Television equipped with Netflix and DirecTV. There’s even a gas fireplace for colder nights. The comfortable couches and deck (with a gas BBQ) allow plenty of space to enjoy time together. There’s a DVD collection, board games,and cards for entertainment. Upstairs, you’ll find four beautiful bedrooms. One bedroom is a King Master with an attached bathroom and 44” HD TV. Two other bedrooms have Queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a Twin-over-Queen bed. Those bedrooms share a large, full bathroom. Additionally, there’s a laundry room with a full-sized High-Efficiency, Front-Loading Steam Technology Washer and Dryer and an iron/ironing board. In the downstairs area, there’s a large great room with a pool table and family room. More seating on a couch and loveseat plus a 65” HD TV make it a perfect space to relax. Just off the great room is a patio with a private, 7-person hot tub. There’s another King Master bedroom with unattached bath in the basement. If you need extra sleeping, a Queen air mattress is also available. Aside from the gas fireplace, this home features full heating in the winter and central air-conditioning in the summer, as well as ceiling fans. Utah Broadband wireless internet is provided throughout the home and a Verizon Wireless Signal Booster is also in place. Don’t worry about parking! A one-car garage and space in the driveway provide convenient parking for two vehicles. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and **** bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation! Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a 15-seat movie theater, a private conference room, an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, there are several walking trails leading to a covered pavilion, 15-acre community park and large grass-sports area. Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.
