Living Room: Down a few steps from the entry, you'll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, plush chairs, and a bench seating area next to the cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy entertainment with a 55” HD TV equipped with cable and a DVD player. Step out through the French door onto a spacious patio, complete with a private hot tub and BBQ, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the mountain air.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a center island with bar seating for four, and a pantry behind a charming barn door. Stainless-steel appliances make meal preparation a breeze, and you'll have everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a lovely wood dining table with cushioned chairs and bench seating for eight, providing ample space for shared meals. The dining area overlooks the living room, making it easy to stay connected with guests while preparing food.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (upper level): This room features a comfortable king bed, a 40” Toshiba TV with cable, and a large window that floods the space with natural light. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an expansive granite counter vanity with one sink, and a separate tile/glass shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level): This bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed, a lovely bench, a 40” Toshiba TV with cable, and offers access to a full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (upper level): Just a few steps down, you'll find a full-size bed, closet space, a large window, and skylights that bring in the outdoors. This bedroom also has access to the full shared bathroom.
Additional Bathrooms: There is an upper-level full shared bath with a tub/shower combo and a half bath on the main level for your convenience.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the serene outdoor spaces, including a patio with a soothing hot tub and a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining or stargazing at night.

Pets: Please note that no pets are allowed. There is an occasional guest that has a cat, so consider another property if you are highly allergic.
