An older ski lodge, lots of space

This place was obviously built 50 or so years ago as a ski lodge. 3 bedrooms (two double, one bunk) and a 3/4 bath downstairs. Open kitchen/dining/living upstairs with a full bedroom and full bath. Deck off the back (with a weird grill in the corner - can't describe it - not usable, bring your own grill). Old furniture, living room furniture not comfortable, too squishy. Dining room is a picnic table with hard wood benches. Okay if you can get it for a decent price. Very private location in the woods. Okay for a family coming to ski Killington or Pico. We were there in late spring for tourism. Suited our purposes but not what I'd call luxurious.
