The owner is very helpful if you have queries and rented it to us for 3 nights. Unfortunately this was advertised as having one family bathroom, a shower room and separate toilet. There is not a family bathroom and the newly installed shower room leaked water on to the main floor. Property is very dated and in need of some decoration and would feel very crowded with 7 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with crockery, pots and pans etc but there is not a spare cupboard to put any dry goods (cereals etc) in that you may take with you. The grass needed cutting and the garden needed tidying. We did not feel the villa was value for money. There is a restaurant within easy walking distance and a well stocked Spa grocers. Area is very quiet and nice for walking and cycling.

Lovely villa
This was a lovely villa near the village of Loix, which had all the amenities Butcher, restaurants, Boulangerie ect. There were cycle paths and beaches nearby. We found the owner Madam Jaubert very helpful in dealing with any problems we may have had.
Overall a lovely experience of a beautiful island.
