For my guests. There is a professional management company on Mojacar Playa that looks after all of my guests needs. The company is called RENTMOJACAR and is staffed by Vickie and Debbie two fully bi-lingual ladies who will organise the distribution of keys, taking to the property and dealing with any issue that may arise during the course of your stay. Welcome packs can be organised as can baby seats etc. With many years experience in the area i believe Vickie and Debbie to be the best people in Mojacar to welcome you to my home.

We loved this house. It's clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool area is fabulous and we often had it to ourselves. We met the owners of two of the neighbouring and they were friendly and helpful. Best of all we loved the location. It's right at the beach and close to lots of great restaurants and bars but...

About the neighbourhood
The long uncrowded sandy beaches are o­ne of its main attractions and among the best in Almeria. The beaches are 14km long, with a large part being designated an area of natural beauty. Only 7 km have been developed and they consistently earn European Blue Flag awards for cleanliness.

The beach resort has been developed over the past two decades, it is now a lively resort with much to offer with beach bars, local and international restaurants, discos, hotels and shops. The resort enforces a building restriction to prevent it becoming a high rise concrete development; residential buildings are restricted to two storeys and hotels can't be built higher than four floors. Giving you a feeling of space that cannot be found anywhere else along the eastern Spanish coastline.

The property is frontline so you just walk to the beach in 1 minute. Taxis are readily available and the municipal bus service or the Playa and the old town of Mojacar stops just outside the development. A new promenade has just opened directly in front of the complex and is ideal for summer strolls, cycling and exploring the lovely restaurants on the promenade.

Almeria Airport is the nearest airport to Mojacar. It is located 50 miles south west of Mojacar, along the Costa De Almeria. The journey from Almeria is very straight forward, with some breathtaking scenery to be enjoyed and takes approximately 40 minutes.Alicante Airport is located roughly 125 miles north of Mojacar and is o­ne of Spain’s busiest airports. The journey is mostly o­n the Autovia and you can normally guarantee a clear run. With some spectacular views, the 2 hour drive passes by in no time. Granada Airport is located near the small town of Santa Fé about 10 Kilometres west of Granada City. It is approximately 128 miles from Mojacar, with an estimated journey time of 2 hours, 30 minutes.
