The bedrooms are carefully furnished and decorated to create a relaxing and comfortable ambience to help provide a restful nights sleep. The bedrooms have great views with terrace and balcony access so you can step straight out and absorb the early morning sunshine. Mijas village is just a short drive from the villa, which is in a quiet residential street, surrounded by lovely countryside. There is a bus stop at the top of the Uranisation with regular buses into Mijas. Mijas has plenty of great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, as well as some of the best views you will find anywhere on the Costa del Sol. The coast is a short 15 minute drive from the villa in Fuengirola. Here you will find wide, sandy beaches, beachside bars and restaurants and a multitude of activities on offer. There are numerous golf courses nearby too. Villa SP357 in Mijas, Spain (Sleeps 8) This is an impressive and welcoming 4 bedroom villa conveniently located near to the famous town of Mijas. The villa is well presented both inside and out and comes with the all the modern conveniences that are required for an enjoyable and memorable holiday on the sunny coastline of the Costa del Sol. The villa is extremely private and has views that will long stay in the mind. The living and dining areas are light and spacious, with plenty of seating to accomodate up to 8 guests. The lounge is expansive making it the perfect gathering place for friends and family. The marble floor helps to keep the room cool and is a real feature of the property. Large double doors open through to the internal courtyard which is a stunning spectacle with its fountain and glass roof that allows light to flood the villa. The lounge has a TV and the villa is equipped with high speed fibre optic WiFi and English TV channels. The lounges large windows offer views across the grounds and patio doors allow access out onto the baclony. Any cooler nights are easily dealt with by the cosy fire on offer. The kitchen is set off the dining area and offers clean lines and lots of space. The kitchen is well fitted and appointed with all modern conveniences and appliances. There is extra seating and dining table next to a feature window that looks through to the fountain and glass roof of the courtyard. There is a large American style fridge freezer as well as another tallboy fridge freezer. There is a good amount of surface space and storage for preparation and stocking up on local delicacies that can be bought from the Mijas markets. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and commands inspiring views from its bedroom windows and patio doors that lead out onto the balcony. The bedroom has it's own ensuite with a large bath and shower. There are then three other bedrooms on the ground floor, two of which have en-suites and pool terrace access whilst the fourth bedroom has use of the Guest WC with its own toilet and washbasin. The colonial style veranda has a comfortable shaded seating area making it a relaxing and peaceful spot to spend some time out of the mid day heat. The expansive grounds are well tended and provide a superb haven in which to share time with the family or your friends. The pool is larger than normal and the two specifically installed jets make it ideal for those who are serious about their swimming. For those who would rather watch there is a hot tub inset into the pool area where you can lie back and enjoy the sunshine. Both the pool and hot tub can be illuminated at night. There is a good sized terrace area for outside dining along with a brick built BBQ whilst the pool has plenty of space around it in which to lay out the villas sun loungers, so you are sure to find your ideal spot. There are also grassy lawns at the rear of the pool and round the sides and front of the villa making it a great place for the children to play. The villa also has a table tennis table. There is dining outside on the terrace (next to the sitting area). There is a table that seats six but the two small tables outside the two bedrooms are identical and can be fitted on the ends to seat ten.
