I don't live in Spain so I can't provide any 'hands on' help whilst my clients are there. However, I have agents nearby who are on hand in case of any problems.
There is wifi in the apartment so I am available (by e mail) for any help/guidance virtually immediately.

We have recently come back from Jaramar , and the apartment worked perfectly for myself, my wife and our 4 kids - it had everything we needed, and the air conditioning meant we could all keep cool when we'd come in from a long day in the sun!
Whilst the apartment was great, the key selling points for us were;
- The pool - our kids had a great time jumping in and out all day
- The location - easy access to the beach, easy access to bars and restaurants in Riviera, easy access to public transport if you want to go further afield and haven't got a car
All in all, highly recommended - and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Great stay at a lovely apartment
We stayed at this apartment for a week, as a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children.
The apartment was a home from home. It had everything we needed, Wi-Fi, lots of tv Channels, well equipped kitchen, extra bedding, beach towels, cool bags, you name it, it’s there! All u need to pack is your clothes!
The pool and garden are beautiful, it’s very clean & well maintained. The residents are also lovely & welcoming.
We didn’t rent a car but found we didn’t need to, there’s lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment & goes straight to marbella & fuengirola if u want to get out for a change of scenery.
The beach & coastal path is just over the road. The road is very busy and noisy but you do get used to it!
The host Christine has been very helpful & informative making the whole process very straight forward.
As a whole we all really enjoyed & have talked about going back.

Excellent location
Excellent location just 5 -10 min walk from the seafront with lovely walks to near by bars and restaurants. We hired a car but it is equally ideal if you don't want to as the bus stop and the main road to Marbella and Fuengirola are just a couple of minutes walk away. You do get noise from the main road but this didn't bother us and we still enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The apartment is a little dated but very homely, well kept and had everything we needed. The grounds of the apartments and pool areas are very well looked after and very clean and tidy.

Beautiful Sea View
Great apartment everything you need, spacious clean and bright. Large balcony looking out to sea. Located in a good position close to all bars,shops.restaurants and the beach. Taxis close by and bus routes. Will definitely book again.

What a wonderful week we have just spent at this apartment. The location is fabulous with sea views and good bars and restaurants within very easy walking distance. The boardwalk for walking along this beautiful coast is also only a stones throw away. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. In fact the apartment has everything you could need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The grounds are also immaculate with a beautiful swimming pool, which was very quiet during our stay.
The surroundings areas have so much to see and do. Lots of beautiful Pueblos with shady squares for Tapas such as Mijas Pueblo, Benalmadena Puebla and Marbella old town. Miles of beautiful beaches and there seemed to be attractions for children such as water parks and dolphin parks within easy driving distance.
There are also some fantastic cities possible to visit within a day. We went to Ronda, Granada and Gibraltar.
Christine,the owner of the apartment is very helpful when booking and very communicative. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and this area of Spain. In fact we can't wait to stay in the apartment again .

Great apartment, pool and grounds
Well equipped and modern apartment. Pool clean and grounds well cared for. Family friendly with a good internet connection for all the kids that can't bear to be away from their portable devices. Have already re-booked for next year. Lady that runs the rental could not do any more to help. Great customer service.

Lovely apartment, pool and gardens
Just arrived back from a week at Jaramar. Can’t fault the apartment, it’s really nicely presented and very clean. It has everything you need. There is a bathroom with shower over bath, and an en suite with a shower cubicle. The balcony is a good size. The pool is lovely, and most of the time we had sole use of it. There was rarely anyone else in the pool or garden when we were there and we used it daily at least once. The only thing is that you are not allowed inflatables in the pool. We had 3 teenagers and it would have been nice to sit on an inflatable in the pool - there was no one in the pool but we were told they were not allowed. The gardens are really well kept.
There are 2 good supermarkets just a few minutes walk, one is open until 1pm every day. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk.We liked the food at George’s, and the Garden Bar which is on the beach front does great burgers. The food at Max’s beach bar was very good, though a bit more expensive and the place was a bit pretentious! The view from Roseys bar is fab.
The market at La Cala de Mijas on Wednesday was quite good, a taxi there was about 7 euros. We didn’t hire a car, wasn’t necessary for us but we didn’t travel far.
The boardwalk is nice to Cala Mijas.

Superb
Great stay in this fantastic apartment, very clean, all you need and close to bars, restaurants, and shops.
Would highly recomend this apartment.
Also, the owner is very good with communications.

Jaramar apartments
Had a lovely stay here in jaramar apartments. Clean and spacious apartment with all the things needed for a hoilday. Lovely balcony with pool view and beautiful gardens. Easy excess to la calla by bus just across bridge or if you fancy a walk along the boardwalk its about 30mins walk. We walked. All at hand.. Supermarket, restaurants and bars. Great stay. Day trips can be made to Ronda, Gibraltar, Malaga, Granada & Nerja.
Marbella has the famous 'Orange Square' in the interesting old town.
Fuengirola is about 15 mins away with its long beachfront & a large seasonal Aquapark with giant waterslides & grassed picnic areas.
The pretty village of Mijas has panoramic views, whitewashed houses & narrow streets.
The Costa del Sol is famous for its fine golf courses. The Miraflores 18 hole course with its excellent clubhouse, bar & restaurant is only a few minutes drive away.
