There are five bathrooms, one of which is accessible from the garden area, very useful when spending time outside. There is a very spacious and well equipped living and dining room. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. It is the perfect place for relaxing while watching satellite TV, surfing the internet or just reading. Two huge windows give access to the porch, terrace and swimming pool area, so that you can watch children when they are playing outside. The kitchen is completely fitted with all the utensils and electric appliances you might need during your stay. You will, for sure, cook delicious meals and eat them outdoors, on the big table next to the swimming pool. The swimming pool has chlorine water and surrounding it there is a terrace area with sunbeds for you to sunbathe. There is also a grass area. On the first floor there is another terrace, which is also very big and is accessible through any of the rooms upstairs. Although Cala d’Or is a very touristic area, the house is located in a residential area which does not have much traffic, so it is quite easy to park the car. It is also a peaceful place because it is far from most hotels and other touristic features. At the same time most facilities you may need during your stay are very easy to reach: bars, pharmacy, ATM, boat excursions, health centre, etc. In a two-minute walk you can get to Cala Gran Beach. By car it will take you 10 minutes to reach Parc Natural de Mondragó or 30 minutes if you want to visit Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi.Palma is 60 km far away. It is worth a visit as there are many cultural, touristic and shopping routes. This accommodation is perfect for relax seekers who want to be very close to the sea! Pets are not allowed. The changeover day is on Saturday. Heating has an additional cost. Please, contact the advertiser for more information.
