One of them invites you to have breakfast while contemplating the sea views, while the other terraces are perfect to sit in the sun or read a book accompanied by the sea breeze and birds sounds. You can prepare a delicious barbecue and then take a short walk, especially to the paradisiac cove located just 200 meters away, which can also be accessed through a private path. When back from the beach / cove, you have at your disposal an outdoor shower if you wished to rinse the salt off. The house, with a very Mediterranean decoration, distributes its rooms in two floors. On the main floor, when entering, you will find a living room with a comfortable sofa and several armchairs to watch satellite TV. This room is open to the dining area and has both air conditioning and a fireplace and a wood stove to give warmth on cold days. Also where the kitchen is located, equipped with induction hob, all necessary utensils and appliances and a simple counter that allows you to see the living room. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron in the laundry room. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe, as well as two bathrooms with shower. One of the bathrooms is located on this floor and the other on the -1 floor. As for the rooms, one of them with double bed, air conditioning and space for a cot and a highchair is on the ground floor. The other two, with two single beds each, are in the -1 floor, although only one of them has air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. To complete the equipment, there are two radiators. The location and surroundings of this property are absolutely privileged. It is a residential area with different coves nearby where you can enjoy the paradise itself. Only 200 meters separate them from Cala S'Almonia and others like Caló des Moro, Cala Llombards or Cala Santanyí, with turquoise waters, are nearby. In terms of services, we recommend going to Santanyí, where you will find everything you may need during your stay, such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pets are not allowed in the property. The celebration of events is prohibited. For possible additional expenses, contact the advertiser. From June to September, the day of entry / exit is on Sunday.
