Modern apartments ubicated in Residential Las Dunas, one of the best complex in Corralejo. It is close to the center and near of the beaches in a nice and quite community with two pools, a small child and another large for adults, a gym and a tennis court. It is located in the south of Corralejo, in a quiet area, 300 meters from the nearest beach, 300 meters from the Dunes Natural Park, 500 meters of the Centro Comercial El Campanario and 5 minutes walk from the main street Corralejo, Calle del Carmen.

We stayed in apartment 219 . The apartment itself was lovely and very spacious and had everything in it u need whilst staying there. The pool area is very spacious and has plenty of sun loungers if u like to spend ur day relaxing in the sun. We were fortunate enough to have lovely weather whilst there. The only down...

The apartment in itself is very well located on the ground floor close to the pool. The actual complex is also nicely situated in a quiet part of town but only a 20 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, the kitchenette is adequate and fine to prepare breakfast and snacks. Well equipped with everything...

Great value for money ....clean , plenty of towels and bedding , great pool and about 20 mins from centre ....been back about 6 times to complex now

About the neighbourhood
The urbanization where the apartment was opened in 2008, has had a complete renovation. It is a private community with two pools, a small child and another large for adults. Our development is located to the west, in a quiet area, just 100 meters from the start of the natural park of the dunes, 300 meters from the nearest beach, 5 minutes from the Centro Comercial El Campanario and 8 minutes from the begining of the Street Carmen, which is the main street full of pubs and restaurants. The harbor, which is at the end of Carmen street, is about 20-25 minutes walking. El Centro Comercial El Campanario is by far the best shopping center of Corralejo, this recently opened and is like a miniature town with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

How to get there
Airport: Puerto del Rosario: 35.0 km
Ferry: Corralejo: 1.0 km
The airport is situated 30 minutes drive away. It is not essential to have a car although car hire is good value. A taxi from the airport costs approx 45 euros one-way. A taxi from Corralejo centre back to the apartment is very affordable at approx 3 euro. Buses from the airport will take you to Corralejo within an hour -changing buses once at the islands capital 'Puerto Del Rosario'.

Airport transfers can be organised for you at a cost of 45 euro each way this is paid directly to the driver, this works out very well as the driver will also have the keys to the apartment with him. Alternatively we can post keys.
