The house includes a large deck and fence in backyard. The house is just 35 minutes from Fredericksburg VA . Colonial beachTown 8 minutes, 2 minutes marina conmunity ,10 minutes Westmoreland beach and park , Restaurants , Tiki Bar and groceries store only 8 minutes.
