Please report opposite to Morland House (Queens Court) to check-in/out and receive your keys to access your apartment. Check-in times are between 2pm-5:30pm. Check-out times are between 9am-11:00am Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your payment card prior to arrival. A refundable deposit will be required on check in of £375. This will be refunded back to you after the room has been fully inspected and no damages or thefts are to be found.
