A 30 minutes uninterrupted drive from the center of Old Quebec City, our Ancestral home offers all the modern comfort whilst you can relax in a beautifully decorated setting. The house is over 250 years old with old beams and a stone fireplace. The second floor has an open plan with cathedral ceiling where you can admire the beautiful beams, the room is furnished with a king-size bed and 2 double beds. On the first floor, there is 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Kitchen, lounge and dining room are an open plan. The house is situated on the Ile d'Orleans. During the summer, many shops, restaurants and Gallery are open for visit. You will find fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries on the many farms along the road. People are warm and friendly. The Center of Old Quebec City is only 30 minutes away. The drive is beautiful with the mountains across the shore. Small grocery shops are to be found in each of the 6 villages. Our property has 75,000 square feet and space for parking. We are 5 minutes from the St-Francois's beach. We can take long walks to the tip of the island, it is very peaceful and beautiful.
